Dave: Thank you for the presentation. Very thoughtful, well presented, and stimulating. You brought together much of the best research going on in this area. Two things I would love to hear you comment on: 1) Will decreasing per capita water demand that all utilities are experiencing be valuable in the future in minimizing the impacts of drought in urban areas and 2) Comment on whether your model might have helped Jackson, Mississippi prior to their disaster? In the news there is much talk about how the power structure in the state was a major player in allowing the disaster to occur. Again, great talk.
