All students welcome! Join us to learn basic meditation techniques in an open and friendly environment. Learn about the benefits of meditation and how to use your breath to bring your attention to the present moment. No experience necessary. This 45 minute weekly drop-in meditation group is available for students to join once or as many times as they wish. * Re-registration required every week*
Sessions offered via Zoom: Register the day of the group by 2pm.
