Innovative skills-based free workshops open to all UMass students, focused on learning practical tools for coping with stress and anxiety.

• Learn to better manage emotional distress and feeling overwhelmed
Stress GPS is a 3 session workshop. It is recommended that to get the full curriculum, students register 3 weeks in a row.
Sessions offered via Zoom: Register by 2:30pm the day of the group
